Shane Communities Development
Midtown
Shane Communities’ first development, Midtown, in Airdrie is almost complete! This thoughtfully designed development covers 90 acres in the heart of Airdrie. With an 8-acre central pond, curving promenade, and walking bridge, Midtown has a stunning community design focused on extending residents living space out of their home and into a walkable community.
Aspen Spring Estates
Sure to be a scenic and beautiful development, Shane Communities will develop 15 acres of estate homes in Springbank Hill. This community is characterized by a breathtaking ravine system, beautiful topography, and convenient access to existing amenities including the west leg of Calgary’s LRT system. This community was giving the greenlight to move ahead in late 2022. Our first 10 lots are currently pre-selling and the next 56 lots will be available in 2023.
Glacier Lands
At Shane Communities, we are very excited about the future development of our Glacier Lands, just east of Glacier Ridge. This large community will be set over 220 acres of land. We are currently working collaboratively with the City of Calgary and other area landowners through the planning approval process. Once complete, the area encompassing Glacier Ridge and the Glacier Lands has the potential to become one of Calgary’s most sought-after communities. Although primarily residential, the community will be complete with numerous natural amenities including West Nose Creek, commercial and retail developments, and active and passive recreational opportunities. With so much opportunity for this exciting development, our Glacier Lands will be a premier community in Calgary.
Enclave at The Hamptons
This unique residential development presented homeowners with the opportunity to build in one of Calgary’s established and much sought-after neighbourhoods – The Hamptons. Built adjacent to the 18-hole Hamptons Golf Course, this community offers residents a community garden, green space, and generous lot sizes for semi-estate homes. In total, this development had 66 lots and was completed in 2022.
